Ruto shakes the bedroom of Raila Odinga signaling tough things a head of 2022.

The just concluded Kibra by election was a laying ground on the battle a head putting Chief Opposition Leader and Deputy President William Ruto.

The win by Raila’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Candidate Mr Imran Okoth defeating DP Ruto’s McDonald Mariga of Jubilee means that the Opposition Chief can’t be underated.

DP Ruto will now be forced to restrategize a head of the next polls with talk that the outcome of Kibra by election has buried opposition outfit National Super Alliance (NASA).

Raila Odinga is reportedly building a new alliance that will not accommodate NASA principals Musalia Mudavadi ANC Leader, Moses Wetangula of Ford Kenya and Kalonzo Musyoka, the Wiper Leader. Mudavadi and Wetangula sponsored candidates in Kibra, but lost to ODM’s Imran Okoth. Even though Kalonzo did not sponsor a candidate, he supported Ford Kenya candidate.

Deputy President William on his part is reportedly in talks with Kalonzo and Musalia to form a coalition.

The new political realignment comes in the heels of the yet to be released report by Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) which is expected to propose changes in the executive with the creation of Executive Prime Minister’s post and two deputies.
